How to use

Part dry hair and apply enough oil to lightly coat the scalp and lengths—about 1–2 teaspoons for short or medium hair and 2–3 teaspoons for long or thick hair.
Massage the scalp gently with fingertips for 5–10 minutes. Do not scratch with nails.
Choose your timing: leave for 1–2 hours before showering, or apply before bed when a daytime treatment is not convenient.
Overnight option: massage gently, protect your pillow with a towel or hair cover, leave overnight and wash thoroughly with a mild shampoo the next morning. Shampoo twice if needed.
Use 2–3 times a week; the label permits up to 3–4 times weekly if your scalp and routine suit frequent oiling.
